I have a summary judgement against them through an administrative process

they have ignored all..and that lawyer (whose letter I posted) contacted me saying my account is in default.

I have not sent them an invoice or bill...other then the notification of the summary judgement...:/

On a letter I've sent to City of Montreal, during the controversy/confusion process :D, I wrote: understood and agree that, for ALL other minutes of my life concerning this, I will have no choice than to invoice you $50 per minutes, (I should have said $3000.00 per hour, a little mistake) and I NEVER heard about it so far.......They've just responded to one EMBARRASSING question that they just could not leave open........ And if they continue with the confusion/controversy part....which they have NOT so far, I will do it :P .....I KNOW the process extremely well :D BUSINESS....!!!!! (nothing else Gail )
