hmm aren't sheriffs elected as opposed to our policy enforcement officers?

Typical behavior from low-quality Criminals!

Low Quality Criminals ? :D ....that implies different GRADE of criminals ? :D

The Sheriff is elected down here....A sheriff applies fir the job through THE Sheriff

But it doesnt matter....Essex County is gone! It was voted out 10+ years ago and only serves as a corporate subdivision to the State of Massachusetts now. He reports to the Secretary of State now........what a friggin scam!

Hey, stop saying this Kent, Montreal is the cleanest city in North America :P

Pete Daoust I can't think of an example for Turtle Island but I remember one from Korea. In Korea it is a criminal act to steal food, clothing and other basics of life but if you are starving, dying from cold or missing any other basics that could prevent death, you are allowed to steal what you can to save your life. It's still criminal but not criminal at the same time. Oh that story of Robin Hood comes to mind now. LOL [i really wanted to say low- quality Human like i usually do but I was writing to you] lol
