so as I was being railroaded today the fella in the black robe was quick to bring up meads and meads and Duncun...and some other case law crap...In any case, I lost, rather than being concerned with justice, they were more concerned about me not selecting the correct box on the tickets...yet the secretary said they sent a notice of tril, but the crown P today said there was no notice sent because i didn't check the box, said my notice of mistake was "nonsensical" which led to a discussion on "persons" and according to the justice I am a person, though he would not answer yes or no when i asked "is it true I have a right to be recognized as a person before the law?"...he just kept saying "you are a person" then dismissed the appeal and got up and left, lol clearly I was nervous and a bit slow, anyway that was my day in court...and sadly I never got to face my accuser, the lying cop that started this shit :( win or lose that was my main goal, but my ignorance of the rules and procedures of are lacking apparently...I'm back Monday for another matter, hopefully the jitters will ease up, lol

that matter was for the false arrest (because I didn't identify myself on , I sent the notice of mistake with the tickets back via registered mail...the prosecutor was acting like they didn't get them till I said I have the receipt, then it was suddenly in the judges file...he read it then said it was "nonsensical"...now when I sent that in I did not select one of the options I just wrote no contract no consent and sent it in with the notice...that was there reason for dismissing the appeal....@ Pete Daoust monday is for the dog getting loose and "attacking" two dogs twice her size...no damage reported but I got a court date just the same

there is no fine for the dog, they are looking for some kind of "order" tho...I went in to speak to the prosecutor, and asked what authority binds me to this dog act....he said it was "provincial and applies to everyone" I asked, " are you sure? is there any proof it applies to me?" ...he got up and showed me the door, "we're done here, have a nice day"

Don't go there Kelleran Holman.....just send them a Notice of Mistake attached to an affidavit telling them who you are, a copy of the BC, and a copy of the ACT OF BIRTH proving to the that the person was created so many days after YOUR birth.... :-D

Let them know that if they want to send a debt to the person in cause, you will be glad and happy to administrate it.

at minute 43:35 Kate refers to the BC as a "...SETTLEMENT CERTIFICATE, that is PROOF that a man or a woman MUST have been born-on-the-LAND for the Certificate to have EFFECT...if a man or a woman was NOT born-on-the-land SOMEWHERE, a Certificate could NOT be ISSUED, therefore any REJECTION or RETURN of a Birth Certificate serves as a PERFECTED-EVIDENCE that a man or woman was born-on-the-LAND..."
