Only the person you happen to have in your pocket can receive a summons, so, as the sole authorized administrator for that person, you can send them:
Hi, I am the sole authorized administrator for that person you've sent a summons to, I will gladly participate to your business meeting, but I charge $3000.00 per hour, up front, so send $12,000.00 in LAWFUL currency of the day ( :D ), and I will gladly show up at that business meeting, and bring the PERSON with me :D
