another thing he did....he sent me a letter with a draft notice of claim (to be sent to the court) threatening liens and garnishes and court etc....gave me 5 days from the date of the letter to respond, and mailed it on the 5th day from the date of the letter

My letter to him had a processing issue with canada post...so he received it on the same day he mailed off this late letter...and I was thinking...does this response mean he has accepted the liability and lien etc...wasn't quite sure what to do with that...then today he sent me this letter which was confirmation lol
