Thanks Robert. Whether its part of the CLUBHOUSE RULES or not, Godbout v. The City of Longeuil was ruled on by the Supreme Court where they said, not once, not twice, but THREE times, that municipalties enact COERCIVE laws upon the people. If more people knew that, the more confident they'd probably feel with overcoming their fear at pushing-back.
