The moment Mayor Ford was elected (by the people, and not appointed by the piss-ant City Councillors), former Councillor Howard Moscoe boasted openly about how the other Councillors will not let him be able to- "pass gas, without asking for the permission of the other Councillors first"...between the Mayor Miller-loyalist-holdovers and the Toronto Star, its been a fucking-witchunt the likes of which i dont think i will ever see in my lifetime again
