Interesting, i didnt know Mister Denzil-Minnan Wong had the AUTHORITY to decide that...BY WHAT AUTHORITY Mister Wong, have you DARED to decide that "YOU" have ANY authority, to make ANY such decision on behalf of the PEOPLE that voted Mayor Ford IN?...just as the City of Toronto is as a whole usually, you too are- ULTRA VIRES! :D
