Koechlin v. Waugh 1957...you wont find it on CanLII though- i asked them about why its missing, their answer was: "Oh...i guess we just havent gotten around yet to adding it to the system" - gee, YA'THINK??

You can find it in the 'Roger Salhanny Police Officers Manual,' though...
