Here in Massachusetts, there are strict rules for Arrest without a Warrant. Then after they do that, they need to make sure they have a case....jurisdiction, corpus dilecti...etc. But, it seems that they are doing whatever they want and being backed up by corrupt judges..... :-) Stay tuned
