So far I have always stated my 'truth'/affidavit & sent it to 'them', but now I'm going to borrow/use your approach & ask for their affidavit. Greedy bastard built that system the way it is, and they've made sure we could NEVER understood its functioning, and then, from out of NOWHERE, Scott Duncan showed up :D, and I happened to be around when he showed up :D so I am learning how this system works, and try to BENEFIT as much as I can from it :/ with the right INTENT (very important) What else can I do ? :( hire a LAWYER ??? :D

Dont forget Pete, what it says early on in OUR Trust Law book: "...for the BENEFIT of persons (called Beneficiaries or, in old cases, CESTUIS QUE TRUST), of whom he may HIMSELF be one, and any one of whom may ENFORCE the OBLIGATION."

I think what it's trying to say- is that YOU, you most magnificent Administrator you, should be telling these Gov-types, "Im trying to ENFORCE the OBLIGATION"....then they go: "What the hell are you talking about, what OBLIGATION?"...."You agreed to act as the SURETY for me in these matters, thats why im here, to Administrate and/or enforce, ENFORCE the OBLIGATION, to make sure you do YOUR part....Dr. Donovan Waters says so!" ;)

Ha, I get it, I already told these Gov-types that ......I did it.....and they know it, but of course, I said it in French, and it has been said with PRECISE words... :)
