Whenever I needed money in the 1980s, I'd create numbered corporations, and send IBM, ATI, and a few banks, bills for shit I just made up. about 1 in 5 would return a cheque. :D

I keep telling a friend of mine that just because some one phones you or sends you a piece of paper with a number on it doesn't mean you just send them money. Some people are so easily sucked into that scam it's no wonder they believe the piece of paper or phone call from the "Oso Powerful Government". I've been there. They just happen to have a lot of stupid bullies that work for them. Seems asking questions makes a lot of these pieces of paper somehow just vanish.

BTW I realize as I type this and before I press send that this may be a really dumb question as I anticipate the answer might quite likely be: "Weed and Hookers" but, my curiosity compels me to press send anyways. :D I can barely wait for the upcoming trust post.

Is there a repository where every instance of the PERSON is recorded and kept?. Can I access the info, or do I not bother worrying because it's not really my business unless they try to force me onto the seas of commerce. My thought is that it might be prudent of me to manage the affairs of my estate and address every account concerning the NEGOTIABLE security interest in my wallet. <-- I'm also wondering this because, if I liened "my" PERSON, I want to be sure the TRUST is getting paid from every account with "my" PERSONS name on it. This also relates to my role as Executor of an estate. I need to find every existing account to determine the value of the estate before I can settle it. Obviously, I can't send registered mail to every business in the world where there may be an account.

I'm sorry I ever mentioned liens. You are worthless. Period. You will find that out the hard way when you try to be your own creditor... which is what happens when you lien yourself.

oops ...my very bad...I'm cursing myself. Really. Just as too many think of the "father, son, and holy ghost as one entity" ready to serve them, i have a hard time, far too often, breaking up the identities of the person, trust and corporation as I think of them (in the back of my mind at least) as "me" (or there to serve me) which I repeatedly realize is wrong, hence your earlier warning of my need to be absolutely accurate, lest I screw myself royally. I should have said... if THE TRUST liens ("my") the Person, I want to be sure the TRUST is getting paid... Sorry. :(

I have a legal obligation as Executor to locate all the Bills concerning my mothers estate, and, all the Accounts. If I fail to do this fully/accurately, the beneficiaries can rightfully claim damages as far as I understand. Hmmm where to find a repository of accounts? If what Scott says is to be read as true, I find it interesting that he says he is "sorry" for anything. It is particularly interesting why.
