Roguesupport did it for me. hmmmmm. Let me make sure I understand this....Rogue support sent an Affidavit of Affirmation to the department that creates the person. I think that would be Vital Statistics here which is a sub-corp of the Secretary of State. What exactly does an Affidavit of Affirmation state? "We, <corp>, affirm under the pains and penalties of perjury that the <NAME> belongs to us. Signed <President of the corp>" Does all this look correct?

The affirmation AUTHENTICATES the CLAIM (Lien). Until there is a legitimate party who can state that the affirmation is UNTRUE (which does not exist) can rebut the claim. Do not over-complicate it with bullshit you are making up.
