History: I'm home schooling my son and have been for years. The government harasses me with contracts regarding the above. (SEE - Aldous Home School Form 2010 - web.jpg in the file section) They send me contracts and DEMAND that I fill them out ACCURATELY, sign them, and submit the document to them. THEY say this is MANDATORY. It�s obvious that they want me to be liable to punishment and, or other damages/financial penalties they may wish to inflict on me from time to time as they see fit. Reading their clubhouse rules, I realize that they might claim they have the AUTHORITY to remove him from my custody if they aren�t pleased with what he is learning, and or, should I FAIL to teach him everything they want me to.

Problem: ^^ That SUCKS!

Desired Outcome: I don�t want to be held accountable to a corporation that doesn�t have his best interest at heart, nor, do I want to be BOUND, and, or LEGALLY OBLIGATED to teaching him all of THEIR AGENDA. (He is only allowed to sing �OH HAPPYFACE SID LAND� in the morning, if he wants to).

Question: If SCOTT DUNCAN received one of these in the post, how would he respond/proceed to achieve my goals in this regard?

Actually, after having read my post, I realize I misspoke. He can sing pretty much what he pleases. I just don't want him singing a PLEDGE committing to stand ON GUARD for a CORPORATION. At least not one that isn't his. :)

And I would like to administrate these 2 person's affairs the way I see fit, you seems to want to TAKE OVER on the administrations of these 2 persons, and I would like to know by what AUTHORITY you can do that.

Please send me in writing by what authority you can take over in the administrations of these 2 persons, and I WILL obey on the spot

As I understand, by registering his birth he became CARGO and a WARD of the QUEEN (not the lady with funny hats). The corporation claims I MUST (may = must) ensure through the NOTICE OF INTENT, that I will provide "the child" an education. By education, they mean their curriculum. It seems to me a bit more complicated because he is a child. I refused to submit the application once. I was threatened by a social worker to have Family and Children's Services notified that there is a concern that I am not willing to commit to EDUCATE him as per their curriculum. In the old days, they would allow you to teach a child what you want (think Mennonites). While they may still allow Mennonites to do this, by there actions regarding my son, us "normal" citizens don't seem to have that option.

Sounds like a matter for a PRIVATE TRUST with 2 liens and a trustee you can TRUST, like a corporation you create to head them off at the pass, it's accounting and surety, put property into the trust for SAFE keeping.... With the corp as administrator you can trust it... and be away from them... the void or whatever every fucking document that states authority... the proxy could save your ass.

1. Have them address me in writing. 2. Notice of Mistake that I am not who they think I am. I see the administrative possibilities. I just don't want to "screw up" and have them disappear him for his "well being" for weeks while I sort out the details.

They seem to be tightening their control. At first I didn't respond. Now I do because of their threats. < Only verbal threats at this point, yet the worker convinced me she was serious and I didn't want to test her to see if she was bluffing.

I've said this before.... I am prepared to go to jail for my convictions. I just don't want my son to be disappeared. After his birth, he was dissappeared for almost 4 months and I wasn't allowed to see him. Took me that long to establish some privileges. Don't want to go that route again. My son shouldn't have to go through that nonsense. I proved them wrong regarding their CONCERNS and got some people in big trouble. But we can never get that time back again.

I've never hit a woman. His mom wanted to split when he was a child and she decided to get protection from the law to help ensure she got custody. She made horrible allegations. They (the police and F&CS) disappeared her and my son. Finally, I proved they were all liars. Yet that took several months. Almost a year. Now I have sole custody.

The woman in my face claimed she was speaking to ME. :( Then disappeared with my son for months. F&CS hates me. They'd love to cause me trouble. As I understand, a few left, a few were let go, and a few didn't get their promotion.

While I realize there are no guarantees, I would love some words of wisdom on this from Scott Duncan. I'm prepared to fill these forms as long as I need to if there isn't a sound administrative response that only the biggest idiot would challenge.

What's the game Robert? Its not a fucking game right... So if you truly would like the fear to leave. Educate yourself on the PPSA and the application thereof. Form a PRIVATE Trust, and by proxy you can keep your property and kin.

I served in the CAF. Joined when I was 17 and was fully prepared and trained to kill a man, or many. At 21, I fought six cops on the corner of Queen and McCaul in TO. It took the fourth cop car to get me under their control. They don't scare me for my sake. Trust me. I'm a trained killer. :P

The hatred of men by both men and woman. Men are only good for fucking, paying child support and being cannon fodder. How dare they (men) ask for equal custody from the courts kind of attitude...everyone knows that woman are better protectors and men are basically useless shits that should be poorly treated by other men, woman, the courts, police and FB pages. Men should be despised and treated as less than by all. And, they should be devoid of any emotions concerning their treatment by others due to misandry. Almost funny, built in spell checks often identify the word as a spelling mistake. That's how little the concept is considered. Ok.. They compare a corporation to a trust, but they do not talk about the corporation being part of the trust... as trustee. Think and do some more reading. all these questions have been answered, you have to dig a little more. I remeber talking to you about this months ago now.

Misandry is not merely a perception btw. It's reality. Here's an example...97% of men who seek shared/equal custody (for example) are not deemed worthy, capable, or deserving. That's reality, not some shit pulled out of my ass or me feeling sorry for myself. It's a fact. I am one of the 3% that overcame misandry!

I'm thinking that when F&CS and the police first came "after me", a number of ACCOUNTS were created. Once I was able to prove my claims in court and disprove theirs, an ACCOUNTANT approached many of those involved, and said someone has to pay. Hence the lost jobs, people demoted, and no promotions for a bunch of them. I'm guessing (half guessing as per other info from Scott and Shrout) that a few of the frontline soldiers didn't have bonds large enough to pay the BoEs they so quickly created without a second thought. They were all so quick to run to the "poor girls defence" without even asking me a question to verify her story. In the end, their misandry (the ease at which they were willing to attack me without any justifiable cause - other than I am a man and she's a woman) worked against them, and to my advantage. Side Note: Misandry can perhaps be employed to our advantage in an ART OF WAR kind of way. I could look at it as a means of generating some credit through the lien process. Hmmm.
