They are mostly all bullies... Prey upon the weak and ignorant. Ever since I can remember, the thugs with guns have ALWAYS tried to charge me with something at the scene.... That is why I almost NEVER go thru insurance... Unless the person is not liable... Like when I was rear ended and the other driver fucked off.... leaving me in shock and concussed...
