When are you people going to get it. "Peaceful protest" doesn't work. Find the guy PAYING for it, and put a bullet in his head. THAT'S how you solve it.

Every one of those scumbags thinks "I'm just doing my job" and that it's their RIGHT to do this.

The guy writing the "orders" KNOWS he/she has no right to order such things, but doesn't care, making them bullet-worthy as well.

There's no negotiating or even resolving conflict with these people. It's time to thin the herd.
