No there isn't. These are the same people who say Atheists have no rights, and they have tabled motions to that effect EVERY YEAR since 1980. Count the "misses", not the "hits". You are thinking wrong. It should bother you that the RIGHT answer is SO rare that it's newsworthy.

I think this MAN is also a FATHER, and he just did the right thing, I would probably do the same, weither it's my child, or your's......if I got into a situation of witnessing this, I would not take the time to verify who's child is it.....
