And, we also know that our governments are breaking the laws without any accountability. What makes the difference? Public opinion. That is why it is so important for the public to educate themselves and express themselves. The governments cannot maintain their lack of accountability for their high-level crimes and violation of international laws if the public doesn't accept it.
