You've talked about RATIFYING the/a Trust. Lets say, i like all the Terms-and-Conditions ive put into my Trust, and im quite satisfied with the 'Clubhouse Rules' ive set for myself.
Now what? How does a Trust ultimately get RATIFIED and/or, who does it, who is the document sent to?
