The method by which you became "lawful holder in due course" of Trust Property would dictate your fiduciary responsibilities.
You REGISTER (transfer title) your VEHICLE, and it becomes Government (Trust) property. You still OWN it, but it is FIDUCIARY OWNERSHIP. You have duties and obligations to fufill in order to "own" the vehicle.
