I think that is the same in the States. For instance, my Trust is being set up as described in this paragraph "WHEREAS, The Trust shall be administered, managed, governed and regulated in all respects according to applicable Common Law Jurisdiction of Massachusetts as well as the Uniform Trustees Powers Act, and the Constitution of the United States of America, and the Uniform Commercial Code (only when and if applicable and/or allowable to remain under the jurisdiction of the Common Law). The domicile of the trust is within the Essex County, Massachusetts Republic."
NOT the STATE of Massachusetts!
