I think that notice of violation must have raised a flag, put them on defense, and the reason for the call was to gather evidence.

This lawyer must have thought I was stupid, or maybe he's just an idiot, but he sent me a list of questions asking me to prove his claim, after responding to my requests for evidence of a contract irellevent to a case falling under contract law... I'm getting paid for that one.
