Yes I agree Scott, some other "man" engaging in a violation of my rights will be held liable for harming me, a man. Chris, perhaps there are more than two choices. Attending at a hearing under duress and fear while making it clear that you are standing on your rights to not to have to play in their pool is another option, is it not? Don't you think it could be a good opportunity to, inte alia, put those men and women coming against you, but who have a higher duty as trustees of your rights, on notice?
