the main thing here is, when you ask a damn question in court (that is if your silly enough to go) and they do not answer or say anything other than an answer to your question. Answer the damn question for them. Is it that hard to provide an assumed answer seeing none was provided ? why do so many forget to do this in court. They really dont like you doing this, so giver a try sometime eh ! :P
