FREEEeeee-dumb! :D

Why you NEVER go to court. Why you never give a name.

...and BREACHING PROBATION? PROBATION?

Seriously. It's NOTICE OF MISTAKE. and "By what authority do YOU attach ANY name derived from a PUBLIC document, to ME"?

Also Acceptable: Fuck YOU! YOU'RE a YOU. I'm a ME! :D

Woman in St. Johns Court Claims to be Freeman on the Land

Ya, I was told when I was stopped and did not give my name and stated, I do not consent, my language then associated me with the freedumb movement..( mistake, heat of moment, did manage to read public notice... write up invoice...) To Which he replied.... "It doesn't matter". So ya... VOID. No Name. No Court. Fucking she has Balls to go in, but is it worth it? Is it Prudent? For me, Fuck No.

Adam Thomas

Chris, for the record this Wummin (Leigh Collins) has a huge set of balls for even trying to STAND HER OWN GROUND. Have you tried this approach In court? ? Does this act make her a good person does it Chris? ? Or does deleting shit stains make ye a good person?? Or does helping people with real powerful Remedy make ye a good person? ? Because if so I AM not a good person.

Adam Thomas

Oh no...leigh embarrassed the Notice of Mistake by reading it off the page!! Get fucking real Bev....she was shit scared & did an amazing job of standing her fucking ground but let's attack her for reading off the page.....FUCK OFF

Ceit Butler

And to Adam, you were not allowed back in because your "controversy" was missed, you were allowed back because it appeared you actually wanted to learn.

Picking fights with people is disruptive to the learning process. And you don't just post singular inflammatory comments, you post them in sporadic clusters that can drag an entire thread into mindless bickering.

You were booted once before. If you TRULY want to be here, how about you start acting like it? Work on that "listen-more-than-you-speak" thing. Start examining your comments before posting and assess whether or not this is RELEVANT information that you're sending out.

Have you said it before? Possibly numbering into the double-digits?? Does it contain no actual information, but something off-topic or directed at someone else personally and may incite conflict???

If the answer is yes, this makes it unnecessary to post!

August le Blanc

I can't tell by the way they cut the news piece together. Did she do the point of order, reserve all rights and then Notice of mistake? Sounded like she did not till grabbed... reserve all rights.. that is. She used the nature and cause of the proceedings line and they just ignored her... She is small... tiny... brave. So if we go into court, we are automatically labeled Freeman... even if we are not? Registered Mail seems the smart option... by proxy. This also looks orchestrated somehow.... Since when has the press in Canada ever been allowed in Court with a fucking Camera? It is first time I have seen that... This is much bigger than one local news piece...

Pete Daoust

I see the Notice of Mistake as a document that NOTIFY a mistake :/

And I see this document being sent via REGISTERED MAIL, while I stay confortably sit in my living room

I see that the ONLY way I can end up in one of this bunker, is to get dragged in there, with chains all around me :/

Sino General

the main thing here is, when you ask a damn question in court (that is if your silly enough to go) and they do not answer or say anything other than an answer to your question. Answer the damn question for them. Is it that hard to provide an assumed answer seeing none was provided ? why do so many forget to do this in court. They really dont like you doing this, so giver a try sometime eh ! :P

Jeff Roggers

If you would recall liegh was one of the individuals that tore her original order in front of the clerk thinking that she could do it without an affidavit. And registered mail. A few individuals may have gotten away with it but the courts learn quick the affidavit and registered mail of a new original void order Is the correct procedure

Sino General

Well, what is the thing they are prosecuting or processing for profit ? Its a piece of paper, might be bond paper but its paper. So, what is wrong with writing in a contract for the piece of paper your using, keeping in mind it does not belong to you, you didnt create it. So, if you wanna throw in the Notice of Mistake along with a performance contract by all means, dont sit on your ass while they do paperwork as well. Contract law is a fun game if you wanna learn it.

Pete Daoust

I hate when you guys start using this fucking LATIN language that these fuckers use in their bunkers to look like they are some type of hyper-class or something....I just hate this, it makes me want to vomit.....yyyaaaarrrkkkk!!!!.

And ChiefRock Sino General, I have NOT received MY T-Shirts :P

August le Blanc

In absentia = absent, done to the person, they have just created for this transaction, while you are not there. Since silence is acquiescence and consent... without the rebuttal of the presumptions they are contracting under. The legal person will be held accountable. Unless you have liened the NAME and protected yourself in Trust. Cutting them off from the revenue stream and being held to account for unauthorized use. After all you have been notified by an Invoice.

Pete Daoust

Oh Jay Le B, I have NO problem being the ADMINISTRATOR for anything that the person I have in my pocket could be could be held ACCOUNTABLE for :-D , are they going to like my administration method ? ....that's another story :-D

Pete Daoust

Sorry if it's NOT on topic, but I have a new hobby since a few months, I check legal definitions of words, and I am having fun doing it.... :D

Anyway, I was checking IMPACT, and it brought me to INFLUENCE, and I have found this....

Improper influence is that dominion acquired by any person over a mind of sanity for general purposes, and of sufficient soundness and discretion to regulate his affairs in general, which prevents the exercise of his discretion, and destroys his free will.

Now, I suspect some GOVERNMENT AGENTS having operate IMPROPER influence on "ME", through media, school, and all that bullshit they spread around...

:D ...

Beverly Berta Braakschmack

Roslyn, you must administrate (contract) on behalf of your person before any court session takes place. Rebut the claim on paper (create history/evidence) and if they do not counter-claim, you are done by default.

CJ ML

Under what authority do you address me as a "You"? I am appearing here today on behalf of CONTINUING MANDAMUS INC as per the PUBLIC NOTICE NOTARIZED on [retracted date] as served to you as a courtesy Mr. Justices fuckitall. Do you have your oath of office on your person?

CJ ML

Who is paying my fee to be on this page today?? SCOTT?? I HAVE BEEN MAGICALLY SUMMONED TO FACE-BOOK. I AM APPEARING IN DIGITAL LEGAL LAND. Judgements in 30 minutes or it's free [like dominos and shit]. Or if your female Scott gets to knock u up & shit...

CJ ML

AL-WAYS USE REG-IS-TERED MAIL WHEN POST-ING IN THE POST-AL SERV-ICE... It counts as a REG-IS-TERED signature [See the sneaky thread on what a Signature really means... fun stuff / sneaky French] hilarity ensues....

Chip Douglas

Ok, so if this girl doesnt go to court for her sentencing because you are never supposed to go to court, then what happens next- is a Warrant issued for 'her persons' arrest?...if so, what would be the right way of handling this, if this is indeed the situation she is facing now?

Chris Evan

hmmm....IF this happened to me, I wouldn't go back and WHEN they issued an Arrest Warrant, I would notify of another mistake that was made. I may also ask some more questions like "Can you produce certified copies of EVERY document you have that has led you to believe that I am acting as SURETY in the matter."

Scott Duncan

Replace "the court" with Wal-Mart. What would you do if you were told that you must show up for an employee discipline meeting (even though you have NEVER contracted with, nor work for Wal-Mart) and will kidnap you if you don't?

How would you handle that?

Chip Douglas

"(even though you have NEVER contracted with, nor work for Wal-Mart)"

This might sound crazy...but i would then send 'WAL-MART' the Terms-and-Conditions of MY employment-contract then with WAL-MART: Id like to make $100, 000/year, an unlimited expense-account, my own parking-spot, a corner-office, have every Wednesday off to break-up the work-week, one week of vacation every month, a two-hour lunch-break, a company-car (Dodge Charger), and a hot secretary i can bang whenever i want without ever getting in trouble for breaking some corporation by-law

...do you think 'WAL-MART' would go for that?

August le Blanc

The court= administrator of the surety created for that charge to that person they created for that circumstance. That until you state otherwise they attach to you by your consent of showing up for their private business meeting...

Scott Duncan

@Chip Douglas: " So if WAL-MART = "THE COURT".....then what exactly does "THE COURT" equal Scott, technically speaking?"

--------------------

It makes them a bunch of strangers who aren't wanted/needed in commerce and can't get a job in the real world (That's why they work for the government) who've decided they have "authority" over you. That's what it makes them.

I thought all of you knew that.

Scott Duncan

No. It's classified as a bunch of strangers who aren't wanted/needed in commerce and can't get a job in the real world, who've decided they have "authority" over you.

If I meant " Trustee de son tort", I would have SAID "Trustee de son tort". You do not use these terms, why do you suddenly use them regarding law? These are "Clubhouse rules" and you aren't part of the club.

Stuart Stone

http://www.thetelegram.com/News/Local/2013-10-12/article-3427331/Member-of-Freeman-on-the-Land-movement-voices-objections/1

From the article:

"When Madden asked what was on her birth certificate, she spelled A-M-Y C-O-L-L-I-N-S, but insisted she be known as woman."

If this is accurate reporting, the cheeky fuckers again achieved joinder by asking what was on 'her' birth certificate:

Is it 'her' birth certificate or the states? By responding and spelling out 'her' name, she just claimed the name and/or the birth certificate as her(s)...is this an accurate summation?

Scott Duncan

Do NOT accept ANY notion/presumption they present.

"JUSTICE": You have a certificate that says your name and date if birth from the government!

ME: I do not have any knowledge of such a thing, nor do I believe such a thing exists.

Chip Douglas

"How would you handle that?...Calling the cops is useless."

From my various reading Scott, is the answer to the previous scenario you presented, to simply submit your NOTICE OF MISTAKE, to the Court Clerk attached to an Affidavit as an exhibit, along with your Birth Certificate?

Scott Duncan

Think about that, when the day comes when you have to decide if you are going to kill one to save yourself or someone you love.

They think it's their right to do this. Remember that. They aren't going to be "enlightened" by anything you say. Just look at the theists (And oprah). They BELIEVE they are right. I KNOW and can support the position, that I'M RIGHT. Why would I give ANY credence to their "belief"?

James Allan

Scott Duncan, I agree with your "theory". However, there is "in theory" and there is "in practice". That is where the problem lies because, in practice, if you don't attend at the Walmart hearing, notwithstanding having advised Walmart you are not one of their subjects, the Walmart goons will deem you to be a servant of Walmart and come and throw you in a cage. Unfortunately, "in practice" trumps "in theory" :(

Pete Daoust

Hey Scott, I receives lots of private messages from female strangers these days, is that mean they find me intellectual, and they want to have sex with me ? :/ , or is it me again that suffers from anxiety ?

Token is just trying to learn here.... :D

James Allan

Yes I agree Scott, some other "man" engaging in a violation of my rights will be held liable for harming me, a man. Chris, perhaps there are more than two choices. Attending at a hearing under duress and fear while making it clear that you are standing on your rights to not to have to play in their pool is another option, is it not? Don't you think it could be a good opportunity to, inte alia, put those men and women coming against you, but who have a higher duty as trustees of your rights, on notice?

Chris Evan

HAHAHA...James, I went there once by"special appearance to settle a matter". Ha, I even went through the Point of Order! If you want to make a plan to go that route, go for it, it's not my decision. After I REALIZED that there was NOTHING good that would come out of me "standing on my rights", I chose to Notify them of a Mistake. They chose to issue an Arrest Warrant for this person they have in their custody already (Still puzzling me really). So I issued ANOTHER Notice of Mistake to let them know EXACTLY what was going on and further, I demanded that they send CERTIFIED COPIES of EVERY document they have that makes them think that I am SURETY.

I made my choice and here I am typing away from the comfort of my home. All I can share is MY experience!

So, you can stand on "Theory" or "Practice"....your choice!

James Allan

Pete, , only another man can cause me harm. Even if he and a few of his friends got together and wrote down that they had created magic unicorn offices with super duper human powers and rights allegedly more than equal to mine, it is still that other man in the real world (not the land of make you believe) that harmed me. :)

August le Blanc

... sort of related ... The trust needs to administrate a charge,to the legal person, received last week from 2009 ... The Attorney General's Agent... Ramon ( No Last Name) Stated in the text... " I could take care of the matter with the remittance attached below"... There is No remittance below :-D First action of the Trust coming up..

Pete Daoust

I don't know how is it where you live James, but here, it seems to be a LEGAL world.

And if a MAN, have intentions of HARMING "ME", and/or my family, I know EXACTLY what to do.......

And if this man wants to go after the person I happen to have in my pocket after having doing my DUTY as a MAN, well, I know EXACTLY what to do as well...

:)

James Allan

Chris, why would you go to court to settle a matter that doesn't pertain to you. Why would you say anything concerning the subject matter of a trial for some entity you claim is not you and you have nothing to do with? Would you also try to settle a matter for a trial for Ronald McDonald or perhaps just let them know that nothing that happens at that trial better result in a violation of your rights? ;)

Scott Duncan

Seriously, if it contradicts anything I say here, IT'S WRONG. I'm FROM THE FUCKING PEOPLE WHO BUILT ALL OF THIS!

None of your "theories" are right, and NONE OF YOUR BELIEFS ARE CORRECT, BECAUSE I'M ONE OF THE FUCKING PEOPLE WHO GAVE YOU THOSE BELIEFS!

KING JAMES BIBLE <---IT FUCKING SAYS THE NAME OF THE GUY SCAMMING YOU, ON THE FUCKING COVER!

Stop posing "alternate theories". You aren't qualified.

Stuart Stone

Which 'me' are you referring to James Allan?

'it is still that other man in the real world (not the land of make you believe) that harmed me.'

If you are claiming the fictional name created by someone else as the 'me' that you are referring to, aren't you causing controversy by claiming that something not created by you is the 'me' that was harmed?

Chris Evan

First, you say: "Chris, perhaps there are more than two choices. Attending at a hearing under duress and fear while making it clear that you are standing on your rights to not to have to play in their pool is another option, is it not? Don't you think it could be a good opportunity to, inte alia, put those men and women coming against you, but who have a higher duty as trustees of your rights, on notice?"

Now you say: " Chris, why would you go to court to settle a matter that doesn't pertain to you. "

I am also presuming that you have not followed along here, because if you did, you would KNOW why I went to court. I think you should heed Scott's advice lest you become tingly.

Chris Evan

inter alia (in-tur eh-lee-ah) prep. Latin for "among other things." This phrase is often found in legal pleadings and writings to specify one example out of many possibilities. Example: "The judge said, inter alia, that the time to file the action had passed."

And for clarification, no!!! I shall not PLEAD with these criminals! Pleading indicates you are in ACQUIESCENCE to the PROCEEDINGS. The Notice of Mistake is issued BEFORE the PROCEEDINGS!!!!

Man, the more I dissect your paragraphs, the more FreeDUMB shit I am finding. :-)

James Allan

Chris, did I ever say I go to court to settle the matter, or did I suggest I would go there for something otherwise? Only the person or someone having a representative capacity for the person whom the Crown is coming against has standing the settle the matter. How can one say there is a mistake but then proceed to settle a matter that doesn't pertain to him? Can I settle a matter for you without having some type of representative capacity or similar? They will know you by your fruits.

Chris Evan

Its really funny how this guy James seems to know everything about my case WITHOUT reading the discussion that happened on this forum. "They will know you by your fruits" Yeah, no shit! That is probably why the FBI (allegedly) called me the other day. Please read.....

James, what is your intent for being a part of this forum?

James Allan

You guys are awesome - jeopardy music - hahaha. Scott that is a leading question. By that, I mean it presupposes that I have formulated a yes or no position on the subject matter of your question. As you are well aware, lawyers and politicians are masters at this. In response I will tell you I have formed no opinion on the subject matter of your question. And not likely that I will before the music stops....hahaha

Scott Duncan

And by you not answering you will feel a tingling sensation, followed by...

BANNED!

No theists. Seriously, these scum are the Nobility's "enablers". These adults with imaginary friends (THAT THE FUCKING NOBILITY CREATED) are responsible for EVERYTHING you are fighting and suffering from today. They deserve NOTHING except ridicule and contempt.

You are welcome, but imaginary friends are not. If you have an imaginary friend, you are mentally ill. It doesn't matter that there are lots of you, you're still ADULTS WITH IMAGINARY FRIENDS and you are harming EVERYTHING.

Pete Daoust

Chip Douglas, it's up to you, but as far as I am concerned, I am a Man, and I TOOK the name Pierre to communicate with other Man, and I HAVE a person.

And when ANY of these suckers ask for MY NAME, well my name is Pierre......if, on the other end, they are looking for the person I happen to have in my pocket, they will have to be more specific with their questions, if they can't for some reasons, I will say:

Ho, you want the person I happen to have in my pocket its NAME mister ? or do you seek for the WHOLE person, so you can ADMINISTRATE it, without authorization ? :P

That's all there is for me.... :(

Chip Douglas

Updated thanks to Pete's feedback; so just to encapsulate:

Scott Duncan: Replace "the court" with Wal-Mart. What would you do if you were told that you must show up for an employee discipline meeting (even though you have NEVER contracted with, nor work for Wal-Mart) and will kidnap you if you don't?

How would you handle that? Calling the cops is useless.

Scott Duncan: If you are there against your will, then there is a meter running. SOMEBODY has to pay for that.

...and if goons come to kidnap you... Kill them. It's fucking Wal-Mart.

Chip Douglas: "If you are there against your will, then there is a meter running. SOMEBODY has to pay for that."

YESSS, i remember reading somewhere where you said something to the effect that, at some point the Accountant will come down to find out whats going on because- SOMEBODY has to PAY for all this!...dont give them ID, dont give them the NAME-of-the-PERSON, its all about surety, and its all about Accounting - thank you Scott Duncan, oh yeah...and where there must be Accounting, there must be a contract

Pete Daoust

But when you are minority, no one seems to want to ask questions to you :(

And when they do, they run like hell before you give the answer, because they know you will tell the truth....and that can be scary shit for them ....

Pete Daoust

Fun fact, two man just knocked on the door I happen to administrate, the one that knocked wanted to shake my hand when I answered the door, I did NOT put my hand in his, he is a stranger knocking on the door I happen to ADMINISTRATE, so I said: What can I do for you ?, he said he was a conseiller municipal (municipal elections related stuff), I said: I AM NOT INTERESTED and closed the door.

True story, it just happened 5 minutes ago, I have it on tape :D

August le Blanc

Here's the text from the article... She's around. It Starts like this:

She caused quite a commotion the last time she was in court. But on Tuesday, the day Amy Collins was supposed to be sentenced at provincial court in St. Johns, all was quiet.

Amy Collins, shown during her sentencing hearing Oct. 11 at provincial court in St. Johns, had a warrant issued for her arrest Tuesday after she failed to show up for her sentencing. Telegram file photo

Thats because she didnt show.

As a result, a warrant was issued for her arrest.

The 36-year-old who had been released on conditions after she was arrested in September was convicted of obstructing justice and breaching probation Oct. 11 following her trial, in which she refused to take part.

Collins refers to herself as a human rights advocate and while she denies being a member of the Freeman on the Land movement, her beliefs are similar in that she refuses to heed government rules.

During proceedings in her trial, Collins continuously shouted objections and insisted that the judge call her My Lady.

I do not have a name, she told Judge Mike Madden. I have a calling.

She constantly interrupted the judge, prompting him to find her in contempt of court. Sheriffs officers were called and Collins was led to the holding cells.

When she returned, she still refused to go on with the trial.

Crown! I revoked your rights, as I am the only person standing in this matter, Collins said.

Despite her objections, the trial continued and Collins was found guilty of the charges.

Madden issued the warrant Tuesday at the request of Crown prosecutor Mike Murray after a half-hour wait.

As of court closing time Tuesday, she still was not located.

I do not AGREE, i do not ACCEDE, i do not ATTORN, and i do not CONSENT, to the court's sentence it's made against the PERSON the Province of Ontario is SURETY for to begin with"

They are currently attaching the outstanding balances of old traffic stuff to the CRA account associated with the NAME for collection as a debt owed... Because I ignored it all... prior to landing here... So now... they are technically in unauthorized use land... It is a matter that will require some attention eventually from the Trust or something like that. The one warrant is for a peace bond... which apparently technically Makes the NAME a peace officer... :-P which could be profitable... And the Trust has a lien on the NAME for all debts previous and current. Safe at third :-D

August le Blanc

I do not know about that... stole my own car out of impound once... 8 months later... I was charged with stealing my own car.. from the warrant that was still on the system... (long time ago ... used to drink a little...)

August le Blanc

I was thrown by the YOU... 30 days isn't even a cup of coffee... that being said I have no Idea what the term is... I know they are trying to come after the name through the CRA but I have it liened so... they can get stuffed..

Rick Carne

if one is arrested on a warrant issued many years ago, the arrested person can ask the judge to dismiss the case based on Right to a speedy trial. The motion is commonly called a Serna Motion (People v. Serna (1985) 40 Cal.3d 239).

Scott Duncan

Wow. I apologize. I had NO idea they lied like that. Looks like it's time for an article. :D

A "Bench Warrant" (There's no such thing. This is slang) like EVERY warrant, has an EXPIRY DATE. No matter what lie is told here. Warrants MUST BE RENEWED BEFORE EXPIRY, or they expire (DuuuH!).

If the warrant is issued by 32 Division in Toronto, and it's "Canada Wide" the warrant has accrued costs. RCMP charge for the "service" of reporting on warrants. If the warrant expires, then the Police Division who requested the warrant, has to foot the bill.

They can keep renewing, but the bill grows. If it gets TOO big, it gets the wrong kind of attention. If the RCMP decide they need to EXECUTE the warrant themselves, they can take over. Now even MORE costs are attached to it, and they want YOU (The Person) to pay the bill.

That's why warrants "appear" to be "forever".

Read ANY legal paper on warrants. They MUST have an expiry date. they are the same as a TREASURY BOND.

Ceit Butler

That's simple enough to get around. From my experience, those quacks are usually sitting at a computer during "therapy time" so you simply say:

"Okay then, just do me a favour here and humour me. Google these three simple things. First: "Maxim of Law, The inclusion of one..." Next: "The Criminal Code of Canada, Interpretations section, definition of every one", And lastly: "section 32 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms".

Anything that she tries to say personally is just going to make her appear crazier and crazier. Calmly sitting back and saying "Please, don't take MY word for it", and directing them to the actual government website will lend credibility to anything that she says.

August le Blanc

For any unauthorized use of the NAME/PERSON a charge of $500,000 BOB Bucks /per day or any portion thereof will be issued. Conversion: Two BOB Bucks = One Canadian Dollar... The Trust is a currency exchange so you It may assist you to exchange your dollars for Bob Bucks at a very reasonable rate. For the unauthorized use and all... and then the medication kicked in...

Pete Daoust

Now, you can force me to be here ALL you want, you can even KILL me in here if you want, but I can't be something that was created 6 weeks after I was born.....and I charge $6000 per hour for MY time.....and these pills, you can shovel them up your ass.....bye

Blake Gardner

Wether one goes to court in the capacity of accommodation party to administer the account (rebuttal and/or setoff) or NOM's and stays home and dodges warrants the result in most cases is the same...a lien on any assets attached to the person. Sure it's generally a joke going to court as is also not going and dodging warrants, both end the same...lien on person and person assets. I personally go watch the show, then come home and paper their paper with paper...as long as the collateral they want to lien including your body is a security interest held outside of the person there's not much for a hungry tiger too do.

Chip Douglas

*shrugs* "Thats fine your Justice, you guys can do whatever you want, but i will have you know...before i came here, i placed a LIEN on the PERSON the CROWN created for me soon after i was BIRTHED, on ppsa.ca - so good luck with that...and can i have official-copies of the warrant AND case-file-numbers, TOO?"

..betcha they've never heard that question/statement put before them before

Chip Douglas

Kent- ill call, but just so im clear...what exactly is the NAME they have for her on the BC, cuz, it seems 'Leigh' has actually used/gone through a number of names on here, i dont actually know who she really is

Pete Daoust

Or just, OK, OK, OK your justice, You seems to want to ADMINISTRATE the person I happen to have in my pocket, so let the record shows that YOU are surety from now on, and I will go sit there, as the beneficiary, and wait for my check.....(and you go sit and shut it up)

Pete Daoust

Oh, the person is in custody ???, and you accuse it of something ???, so I guess you have an injured party, show me the charges, and please be so kind to pint at me, where is the surety of the person, because we need it now.... :)

No David Johansen, it depends where you are and what you do......in Amy specific case, the person was that thing she have in her pocket

But at the restaurent, you can be seen as a person by the cook, that person in this black laws 9th edition

HEEELLLOOOSSSSS !!!!!!!! :D

Pete Daoust

Lots of words have a complete different meaning depending on where you are........CURVE is an example that comes to mind........are you on the baseball field or on the highway ? , or in a laboratory, or in a architect office ?

Pete Daoust

Why is it so hard to get ?

I am a Man, and I HAVE a person. (Legal)

I am a Man, and some may see me as a PERSON (common)

I can be a PERSON, but the one in Black LAw's 9th (Human Being)

I am Pierre, and the person I happen to have in my pocket is named PIERRE DAOUST, that way, it was easier for some dudes to make me BELIEVE that I was this thing.....

Pete Daoust

But just so you know, most of us KNOWS the Amy's case......she ran that case with freeman on the land bullshit, so she ended up in a hospital to make sure she is ok, and she LOST the case.....simple as it is......no big deal, and no DRAMA......just BUSINESS as usual...

Pete Daoust

If you want to be ONLY a human being, WITHOUT a person.......go to the government and REDEEM that thing, buy a guitar, find a nice place deep in the woods, and go play guitar......no one will ever SEE you as a person again :D

Scott Duncan

At what point did I state such things are a good idea?

What the fuck is in your empty heads that you'd do this?

Kent, I'm sorry your publicity attempts resulted in "`Tard blowback".

To the idiots threatening... If you are going to harm someone, HARM them, don't threaten...

...these are people you mean harm. Why would you want to have a chat with them?

House arrest has HUGE holes in it. I spent three months on house arrest years ago. The conditions were that I couldn't leave the house, except for shopping on Fridays and work, and absolutely could not attend any establishment that served alcohol.

The "restrictions" also, curiously enough, only applied to the FIRST two months of the three month sentence. The third, I could do anything. The entire incident would have gone quite differently if I were to encounter it now. I didn't have a clue back then!

awww Pete Daoust, I'm sure you have a whole heap of pics you are just aching to put up using this theme...and now that the thread has officially been declared dead (at least civilly), it possibly deserves a few more of your inspired images to give it a proper send off...or should that be a TOKEN send off? :D

Pete Daoust

Anyway, there is a thread in here, which I CAN'T write fuckall on it, where a crazy guy just thrown himself out the window, and brought his bed sheet with him......29 fucking stories building :/ ......some crazy stuff is happening in here :-o
