WTF? Why can't my tiny protoplasm get this fucking idea? So, when I signed the DL, I accepted the terms and conditions. BUT they create a New ACCOUNT on the side of the road with new SURETY, but it has nothing to do with the Person on the License, yet they enforce the T&C signed for by the Licencee.
