Stuart Stone, Pete Daoust, Eamonn O Brien, S�il Eile....you guys all like to spend more money on Mail than on a ticket (as do I). This may be a remedy.....has anyone ever heard of this? I had one person tell me they have received mail this way.

Chris, I've not used this....but I have received DVD's affixed with a 3 cent stamp. I know other folks that have used the UPU rules as on the video with the same results. OK, I have limited bandwidth, so I've only watched 15 minutes of this....but will finish it up later. Nice find!!!
