Scott Duncan said that in our Proper Notice, we ONLY list our HOURLY rates. <--- This confuses me. Am I not entitled to charge for cuts or bruises I may receive if "cops" act like gangsters? Example= every millimeter of any cut my body receives by them costs $500,000.00. Each bruise less than 5cm = $500,000.00, Bruises between 5cm and 10cm = $1,000,000.00. etc.
