What is interesting is that credit for the legal name is a bad thing (which I think because its creating more debt, but having liened the legal name and getting credit based on that is that actually decreasing the debt?

So, to borrow from Scott Duncan, 'you have no value'...is it reasonable to add to this statement 'until you create liens/charges against others' ie: salvage property abandoned on the 'sea of commerce' and/or the property of those who have caused you harm? In other words, we add value by seizing value that already exists: ie: pirates & privateers seize value as opposed to creating our own? Scott, I am hearing a lot about this 1099OID form. It is an Original Issuer form that is a statement of who created the money and is filed with the IRS. If I write a check or sign a Promissory Note and never get the cancelled check back, I can issue this form to say I am the creator of X amount of securities (credit). It is my understanding that these are filed once a year as a cumulative total. Is this relevant?
