Money of Account is definitely more versatile and can be created thru the B O E process... The currency defines the jurisdiction..

I've been thinking about this, Scott Duncan has mentioned it a few times. He has also said his corp can get unlimited credit. What is interesting is that credit for the legal name is a bad thing (which I think because its creating more debt, but having liened the legal name and getting credit based on that is that actually decreasing the debt?

The corp should accept it's own currency as payment method, when the corp receives Canadian currency, the corp EXCHANGES it in the currency the corp wants to work with, and then, when you are READY to spend MONEY, you exchange it in whatever the currency you need at that specific TIME.... Something like that :D

Cool, so the corp can do the same. We generate revenue... and thru a promise to pay are granted credit. when we spend actual physical dollars or whatever choice of particular currency, it is debt of those dollars... All money is debt, question becomes who is surety and how is it accounted for.. so ones own or bit coin currency is advantageous but to convert that you need a medium which is the corp We need Money of exchange, which is spendable. fuck my melons going to explode again ... Learned this once already fuck.

See... This is where I get messed up, valueless in confusion. I know that to put a capital figure on a lien, a value needs to be established One needs to to a skills assessment an Inventory. In my case I go thru all of that and come up with a figure, but as I am explaining this to the Admiral on the phone a while back... I get the Klaxon of wrong.... So I reevaluate everything once again and have reached this exact point once before. I have some actions to take, I will have that nailed in a bit. I am still pondering. I think about everything. I do need some value ... The skill set and wisdom sheesh... who can put a price on that... I'll tell ya who, accountants :-D Events are happening. Value is important but fucking how does one establish it... or is this the wrong direction?

To whom it may concern: I have come to learn that the number 96, which is prominently printed on the bottom right hand corner of the REMMITTANCE you sent, identifies consumable goods and services, and, that it is an EXCHANGE CODE for CANADIAN BANKING NEWORKS. using the format above you can excess what would be the value on the legal title entity. the only intrinsic value of a lien is that it must be satisfied if an infringement violation in public occurs. Any party that is held in contempt of violating this. Has their bond seized by the corporation. That holds the lien

Scott Duncan said that in our Proper Notice, we ONLY list our HOURLY rates. <--- This confuses me. Am I not entitled to charge for cuts or bruises I may receive if "cops" act like gangsters? Example= every millimeter of any cut my body receives by them costs $500,000.00. Each bruise less than 5cm = $500,000.00, Bruises between 5cm and 10cm = $1,000,000.00. etc.

I tend to think wrong & value the wrong things...but now I'm going to think outside the box & backwards about how corporations create 'book' value in the current system: eg: a mortgage company/credit company: Book value may be calculated by accounts outstanding + accounts received + cash reserves + other assets (plant & equipment). Accounts outstanding can be calculated as the book value of the mortgages they hold a charge/lien over. Using this logic, (in the current system) we can extrapolate our value to be the charges & liens & amounts outstanding that we hold against others. Consequently, we can borrow against the book value, money of exchange as & when required. So, to borrow from Scott Duncan, 'you have no value'...is it reasonable to add to this statement 'until you create liens/charges against others' ie: salvage property abandoned on the 'sea of commerce' and/or the property of those who have caused you harm? In other words, we add value by seizing value that already exists: ie: pirates & privateers seize value as opposed to creating our own? Is this why we identify Captain Jack Sparrow, or have I just managed to create a massive shitstain here? If so, that would be a mistake, so please forgive me :D

Lol; you claim to be studying law; but you have not studied the very people that invented the deception? They run eugenics too Pete Daoust; and they hate french people a lot. That is why their Royal Bloodline takes so much shit and abuse from the rest. If you want to survive when these shitbags try to pull the plug on us; you best learn what they do to survive... Like understanding real medicine; not the chemical based one they provided to you after the WWII need to use their chemicals somewhere to keep making money. Sorry buds, but much of what you post is in fact closer to "stupid" than anything I post. One track minds are for the ignorant and controllable... It has been established: no value, got it. Value comes from what we spend money on. We only need money when we spend it. Money is created out the banks by a signature on a contract. The Govt is a Trust The Govt borrows from the bank. In Canada, The Bank of Canada. The Crown and its many forms is/are the administrator, We are the Beneficiary, We are cargo inland and Trustee and holder of the Bill of Lading. The legal person, once all accounts and NAME associated with, are liened, the govt and bank no longer have access to create more debt... No eleventy billion dollars ... more liKe 3 So Creating Value by leining the name just adds to Debt and further fucks the situation. All the lien does is Cut The Govt Trust off from the revenue stream of the person. Commerce is only on land. So crypto currency, on the Ocean Blue, sounds pretty good considering the options around. Close?

Jay Le B - You might find this worthy of note regarding your statement that commerce is only on land: Oceans Act (S.C. 1996, c. 31) Exclusive Economic Zone Marginal note:Exclusive economic zone of Canada 13. (1) The exclusive economic zone of Canada consists of an area of the sea beyond and adjacent to the territorial sea of Canada that has as its inner limit the outer limit of the territorial sea of Canada and as its outer limit

My presumption from my comprehension is that the exchange/conversion happened at withdrawal, must be from the out of my ass department.. Deposit one form and withdraw another... Again I am thinking....I signed some document that CREATED the Account that holds this Money of Account. There is no other signature on the document. I should be able to just lien this with out an Administrative Process because MY signature and no other is evidence that I am the only one with standing in the matter. Or am I thinking through this wrong?

Scott, I am hearing a lot about this 1099OID form. It is an Original Issuer form that is a statement of who created the money and is filed with the IRS. If I write a check or sign a Promissory Note and never get the cancelled check back, I can issue this form to say I am the creator of X amount of securities (credit). It is my understanding that these are filed once a year as a cumulative total. Is this relevant?
