Question...usually one registers a lien in the state/jurisdiction the debtor and property are in. Now with net registration it's centralized/national. But does a foreign registry take claims from another jurisdiction/country? Of course I'm thinking merely of using the receipt/claim number to then register the debtor to DNB and experian ect...
