The MOMENT i saw them mention the AUDITOR GENERAL, i automatically thought- "It's ALL about SURETY, and ACCOUNTING," and that somehow-someway, they are generating REVENUE from off these ID-street checks/'carding' as they call it...i just dont know what their angle is
