To put this into perspective, Pierre- if I WERE the Councillor for this area, and i found out from a Constituent that the City was depriving someone of their right to 'Due Process'/Fair-and-Impartial hearing, id march into Mayor Ford's office and start breakin' shit til someone told me they'd make sure it got rectified
