Affidavits are simply recognized by court, from my understanding, I have seen these other so called long wordy affidavits and wonder what is the point? I mean... If The affidavit is recognized, if one attaches exhibits of already existing Notices and certified copies of every step of the administrative process it perfects the claim. So to me, It is just a simple statement, that the following is true to the best of my Knowledge.. and the see attached exhibits with a directory/appendix and short one liner of the content of each exhibit.. exhibits- including a statement and all relevant documentation.
