ChiefRock Sino General asked me to get some advise here at TTFL on how to draft a NOTICE OF CLAIM against a person who is not a government employee. < At least not officially and on the record as having/occupying an OFFICE. He's helped me start the process, but says in order to perfect my lien against an "individual" I have to send a NOTICE OF CLAIM. Do I inform them that I will LIEN their PERSON, or their LEGAL NAME. or them, as in, I will lien you JOE BLOW?
