I should add- while i 'was away for a bit,' i made a concerted-effort to track this stuff down...i asked the City-Clerk's office about these Bonds, they punted to the Ombudsman's office, they punted to '311' (the general answer-line, like THEY would know), 311 said they were told i have to send a FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST
