"Affidavits are almost never used"... you can use them any time you like. If the court refuses, they have surety.

Yes there are notaries, available for 300kr - been there done that, ignored...you gotta lien a judge to get some serious consideration - not too hopeful of such a venture though...it's sooo centralized here...

I hear you Scott and totally agree. These words were more or less conveyed in court to a resounding ignorant form of sociopathic laughter at which point I made my objection and counter offer clear, and left.
