What evidence do you have to suggest you have a person?

You possess a person, you do not own a person, it is your part to play in the game of TRUST the Gubbinit has set up... starting with the Birth Certificate and the creating debt from your person based on your productivity of a lifetime.... proof, SIN number...

Ask those who say you are that "person" to provide evidence to prove that you are that "person" they say you are - then ask them who "you" is.......?????

I sent my Notice of mistake to the Deputy Registrar of the Courts here in NZ and got told they don't and won't accept it and they'll issue a warrant to arrest me if I don't pay their fines.....then told them they can't arrest anyone who doesn't exist in reality only exists in govt computers and on govt forms... so go ahead issue the warrant then I'll lay charges of kidnapping and if any weapons involved it will be aggravated kidnapping...then he said well you better sort out some form of payment .....I laughed and hung up....lol...morons

I think sending it as an appendix to an affidavit is key because an affidavit they must accept...I'm thinking the NOM standing alone is likely seen by the the same as if you sending them your birthday wish list? they can't/won't compute until they have to

An affidavit is recognized , documents attached to said affidavit as exhibits are also recognized.

Scott Duncan if you send in a notice of mistake alone, but have it notarized, does that help them understand?

it don't matter if its in all caps or not it's on the birth certificate they created it they own it so surety is attached to the man the notice of mistake removes the Joinder of the surety people come on

In order for any documents to recognized they have to be attached to the affidavit as exhibits, resend if you have to in proper format. If no room on affidavit you say on affidavit see appendix A or whatever..
