The fapfapfap is just me being a spazstick about people that bury their noses in their Law books.....that to me is a no no. WHY?? Because the first thing a judge &/or prosecutor asks for is if you've read the Law or have ye RECEIVED this notice or whatever fapfapfapfap......DO YOU UNDERSTAND ??
