Are Corporate Charters to be made available when asked for?? Also is it Mandatory that they follow the Uniform Commercial Code? Thanks for the Input!

corporate charters are private & therefore privy to the corporation. Yes it is mandatory to follow UCC because they perform commerce.... am I close?? :)

UCC applies if you own a fleet of ships.
A Private trust to which the corporation is the administrator has it's own PRIVATE by laws.
Private is Private. Corporate charters not of a trust.. yes have to abide by corporate regs.. of the govt

as does the corp of a private trust but the business of the trust is private.
