No just a computer. A regular laptop etc does not have the power to do very much bit mining

I am also curious about the cap. Does bitcoin have the ability to be divided fractionally? Not sure if I am wording that correctly. But, for example, can a bitcoin be halved, quartered, etc?

I saw a vid where a transaction between two guys at a gas station where it was for .3 bitcoins or something like that..
