Ahh, he is asked at 64:00 about his thoughts on the OPPT and what they are trying to do, and he answers that it's not for him, because it is still dealing in the commercial-jurisdiction, and that its better to deal with sending stuff by post (he promotes the UPU earlier) as this is the private and de jure way of handling things

68:55 - he mentions that nothing trumps Original Jurisdiction, and that he learned from Bill Thornton how to establish the 'court-on-the-land' when you say- "My name is Robert Michael of the House of Marques im here in original jurisdiction (he mentions about his Seal of the Chair of Saint Peter) and i hereby declare that the de jure court-on-the-land a superior court-on-the-land open-and-in-session with living witnesses as my record', shuts the whole thing down..."

This is unbelievable stuff- but now he is claiming at 74:30 that- "Global debt forgiveness happened when Iraq came out of Chapter 7 (wtf) on June 30...when this happened, it pulled the rest of the world (wtf, again) out of bankruptcy all at the same time".....is this even possibly true?

If you listen carefully to EVERYTHING that the judge says, he thanks ALL the citizens who spoke that day...you know, every one BEFORE the last guy. He doesn't sound the least bit impressed with guy speaking or anything that he has to say.

Many of the arguments in the blog talk posted above remind me of talks given by Winston Shrout. While Winston seems to believe in a sky daddy, the talks I'm referring to in which he addresses the bible aren't laden with a sky daddy message. Overall, in them, he speaks of the bible as a code of sorts where common law, trust law, commercial law, societies, the workings of courts, notices, avoiding controversy, establishing your own law, and ultimately a guide revealing that the earth is truly our inheritance. He infers that we are kings who can create our own laws to gain access to the "promised land". I wonder if the nobles might have hidden such code in the King James version to assure that the path to freedom is plain to see for the most educated (their progeny), or, is Winston way off base with such assertions?

Well im not a Bible-thumper at all. But i do view The Bible in terms of a book that 'they' have to follow, and in that sense, their weakness. So if 'they,' have it in 'their' own book Genesis 1:26-28, that man was made in his/whoever's likeness, and that 'we' were granted dominion over all of the earth and every creepeth, yadda yadda, then, i can live with that! If they said it, they should 'do it!' :)

i think there is an inherent problem with basing our entitlements & drawing references from the bible,constitutions or history books. are we that lost we cannot correlate the facts & define things for ourselves going forward? the bible seems to be a collection of books/stories with additions & ommisions .... and as covered on this page has been translated & interpreted already for your benefit. imho the purpose of this page is to draw us away from the pointless exercise of trying to find remedy within their construct.

I saw a post where Sir Mika-Sovereign recently said something to the effect- "...i just like pointing-out what their OWN rules say to them..." and ive seen a maxim-of-law that says that laws should bind their own authors

again, it has been covered. There isn't a single judge in any of our justice systems, they are Justices, bound by legal interpretations, political appointments with precedent & legal framework. A justice on a bench may even agree with you but explain to you "my hands are tied"

Ye when I went to court with Mo a couple weeks back I noticed that. It was summary jurisdiction of course and one by one they all tried to give their side, the justice kept saying " I can't hear you" and one by one they all tried to talk louder like that was the problem at hand not knowing they where only there to speed up the bill of exchange

Another amazing claim this guy makes in the Blogtalk interview he did above at minute 28:00 is: "...the Governor General of Canada, who is in charge of America..." ??? The Governor General of Canada David Johnston is the one who is in charge of America??...does anyone know if this is true or not, or if this is just bullshit

I don't know it to be true. I understand, CANADA belongs to the States (REGISTERED) and the US belongs to England in the same way and England belongs to the Vatican. <---- Still researching this. Not sure.
