first off if he'd followed what he was told/shown, he'd have lodged his NoM & none of the above would be relevent until the questions before the court were dealt with,,. secondly YOU ARE ENTITLED TO DISCOVERY/DISCLOSURE. thirdly :poop: was he tied up & gagged like something out of silence of the lambs when all this powerful influence was being bandied about the court :p
