Vale, a huge potash company from South America (I think?) bought a large track of land out side of Regina, Saskatchewan but were unable to come to terms with one woman and she held on to her property. But, Vale is not CANADA.
I would love to see a bunch of people come together and by as much land as possible and put it into trust FOREVER. The whole buying and selling land thing is quite strange. The more I learn, the more frustrated and perplexed I am of the human race.
