It doesn't work like you are thinking. Learn to read the schematic. This makes the "TIME" variable more precise.
GPS is more accurate when you know what time it is. The CONSUMER GPS is just crippled MILITARY GPS...
What's the difference?
One knows what time it is, better than the other.
