coming back to last nights question that i had about the difference between a corp/trust and expressing the trust that exists already....and I may not fully comprehend all, but my thoughts are that to express the trust...to me, basically means your debts will be discharged?....through the BOE act?....which then means that you're still active within their system...and while with a corporation you are still active in the system, it provides you more protection?

I think there is a perception that expressing the trust separates you from the system, but it doesn't appear that way to me?
