just sent a letter to my town council - explained what public & private meant, what UCC & law is.... should be interesting to hear back - I asked them all to resign for personating a public servant..

isn't it the case that the lure of those "public services" were the lure (benefit) of the system, which over time they whittled back into what we have today, isn't it the expectation of those services that keeps us trapped, fighting for what they promised rather than realise... they never intended to give it, being of a slave race we sometimes snigger at americans sense of self entitlement/birthright, not maliciously, its just obvious to us. freedom from expectation is a form of freedom??

So please explain why the concerns i loosely framed above are unwarranted Adam ?? i've already told you were i am as regards the BoE & for you to repeatedly brow beat me without answering my questions is pure bollox mate. any further mentions of BoE without that is SPAM for me........ so here we go.... uimhir a h-aon 1) Since it is an Act, is it clubhouse rules? 2) what care they how you interpret it, you are not a card carrying member of their interpretation society? 3) Is the BoE in principle not just Mernards AFV by a different name?how is it different 4) By discharging & signing, Is that not evidence you are operating in their system, in their jurisdiction? I know everybody is caught up in the outcome of this & STICKING IT TO THE MAN but will that really be the outcome?. I'm here to learn FIRST/FOREMOST. Is the use of BoE not contrary to the lesson here? For me any benefit "freely" given by them will always be poisoned!! Which one of us is thinking Wrong & Valuing the Wrong things? If its me i want to fuckin know ..... so lets be fuckin havin ye ;)

It is appealing to your rapist for the sake of something you would have either way if you had value. It can only replace one tender for the next the end result is the same you still become a slave to it.

LEGAL TENDER is NOT currency. LEGAL TENDER IS attached TO A specific CURRENCY. BitCoin is a CURRENCY, but it is NOT LEGAL TENDER... there is NO tender for law attached to BitCoin, but you can still buy shit with it.

yes i get the distinction between what is currency & what is legal tender. However by adhering to the BoE is that in itself accepting tender?

Yes. It's LEGAL. The tender for law is for the LEGAL framework (acts and statutes with the force of law, enacted by parliament), so if you are USING "Legal" means, it's already accepted, and/or can be reasonably presumed as such.

coming back to last nights question that i had about the difference between a corp/trust and expressing the trust that exists already....and I may not fully comprehend all, but my thoughts are that to express the trust...to me, basically means your debts will be discharged?....through the BOE act?....which then means that you're still active within their system...and while with a corporation you are still active in the system, it provides you more protection?

I think there is a perception that expressing the trust separates you from the system, but it doesn't appear that way to me?

It's another form of dependence, people think wrong why would you need to BOE if you had value ?, you're depriving the banking system of an amount of currency doesn't cut it for me simply because it's not or never was about the actual money involved. It's about enslaving you into being a worthless eater. Now whether that is done through money, boe , rocks or unicorn pubes the end result is the same you still have a master. If you are independent and can generate your own revenue however without any interaction with the club(because all interaction costs YOU) that leaves you with no master. So for that reason I can't stand behind BOE as a form of remedy, a stepping stone at best with a view to getting you from A to B but don't be fooling yourself into thinking it's the holy grail and if everybody started doing it tomorrow it would drive consumerism through the roof.

Your debts are discharged by another PERSON paying the fucking bill! You don't have the right to interfere with LAWFUL COMMERCE. Credit is USEFUL, liability isn't. Nobody wants it, FOR A REASON.

ALL of you should make porn, and then ENCRYPT it so it cannot be played for 20 years. Then release it when nobody can recognize you. You can fuck to pay your retirement. Just release the material slowly.
