I always thought that Scott's reference to no remedy was with regard to the courts not following their own rules...maybe I missed something :/
I also recall an argument he had with Trent Goodbaudy explaining that he hasn't used bank tender for many years because roguesupport has its own currency.
Anyway, much more to learn here, so I'll keep reading & studying :D
