Basically, what i think ive learned, is that when you look at the BC, you are looking at an agreement between HER MAJESTY and the Registrar General, in which the Registrar General has PROMISED, to keep HER MAJESTY's promise to us, that the 'RG' will eventually TRANSFER 'HM's' GIFT to us, upon a CONTINGENT EVENT...
