i have been deeply contemplating my recent new understanding of 'not guilty' being a negative ( a negative what [presumption?] i still havent figured out), but it results in new questioning. i wonder what deceptions/tricks are carried out by accountant 'certification'. certified by whom? the IRS? some edu? no, i do not know ant accountants to ask (whom probably wouldn't know anyhow).
