Here is my newest thinking possibly understand.....forgive me if I am wrong. Once we CLAIM the EQUITY, we no longer need to send the BoE to the correct account and have the government do ANYTHING....that is a SERVICE. WE can send the Bill to the ACCOUNTANT as we will have control over it. Of course, we will also have the OPTION of using that person.
