I was directed here from a friend after I viewed the videos on the Servant King website. Marcus makes some very valid points IMO, and I was hoping to learn whether or not anyone here could give some insight as to his information being valid or not with regards to the "Legal system"... Any thoughts?

I found you through Dallas Hills, who put me on to the Servant King website: http://www.servantking.info/ quite informative to say the least; but has me curious as to whether there is any value in what this "Marcus" is talking about in his videos. He gives access to his "Confusion Programs" videos that discuss the idea that we own nothing and are "impersonating" a created identity to keep us from our real birthright, and then goes on to say that he will show how to correctly reclaim our birthrights through his "unravelled programs"; but will only give out the unravelled programs to those who contact him with regards to interest in them and intent to follow them through. I am curious as to whether or not anyone here has seen these "unravelled programs" and if they are valid; or just an utter waste of time.

I noticed on this page that much surrounds the Birth Certificate issue; which is what Marcus says is the big trick with regards to forgoing our birth rights without being aware of what has happened to us, as we have been deceived..

I would like to know if anyone has reviewed the unravel programs as well? i know a group that has been in contact with marcus too and no unravel programs yet! It would be good if scott could review some of servant kings info and comment its hard to determine these days what is good info off the net! !!

I've not seen the unravel program, but I did find it curious that he often gives the impression in the confusion series that reclaiming your birthright is wonderful, and we can all do it, and he is deciding on what the INVESTMENT will be for those who are interested in finding out more.

I'm curious what he has in mind for the investment, asking for legal tender wouldn't make sense, because it binds us/him to the present system, but then we also own no property or anything for that matter, what is he looking for? Am I off in my thought processes?

Maybe he is trying to rally a group large enough to put together a sort of class action or bring a group motion of quo warrento against the current defacto gov and or create an order or declaration giving a certain order to the gov maybe to change the bank act and order the gov to start using the bank of canada again instead of using interest bearing imf funds.

I don't get into maybes myself; only interested in fact surrounding how I need to go about getting the fucking crown to return to me what they STOLE from me! This is why I asked if anyone was privy to who this Marcus is and if his info is valid etc etc. Being almost 38 years in this manifestation; I am no longer interested in chasing my tail; body getting tired, and mind feeling frustrated with all the BS out there. I will reinforce Gail Blackman's question though; Has anyone here seen the unravelling programs? Or better yet, has some insight as to how to go about reversing this clusterfuck of assumed identity fraud? ;)

Precisely why I asked Pete Daoust, I'm sure I don't need to fill you in on the rule behind "assuming"? I was hoping that maybe someone here has seen his unravelling programs; that's all. I am way too wise to assume anything anymore; but not wise enough to know how to get out of the cage I am staring at, now that I have been lead to it's locked door, and have realized the cage... ;)

Bill of Exchange. Here�s HOW I do it, and WHY�..

The first step is definitely to open the mailbox, now, that mailbox is not even MY mailbox if I really THINK about it, it�s the person named PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX is mailbox, I just happen to be the SOLE authorized ADMINISTRATOR for this person right ?

So, as a good administrator, I have the key for this mailbox, and I go there EVERYDAY, and I am so excited to do this now, , a year ago this stupid mailbox scared me so much, that my heart beat use to accelerate when I finally had the guts to go in there.

Anyway, I open the mailbox, and HA HA�!!!!.....a bill of exchange is in it

Now, this Bill of Exchange is addressed to the person I happen to be the SOLE authorized administrator�.it is addressed to PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, so, as the SOLE authorized administrator, I have to open that envelop and TAKE CARE of that matter.

So let say the City of Montreal sent to PIERRE DAOUST this bill of exchange, and it says on it $295.00, now, WHO owe $295 to the City of Montreal ?, yes, it�s PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX.

Now, what do I do with this, mmhhh, �..I see 2 choices.

1). I can, yes �ME�, I can buy back this debt, and use some Bank Notes and go to the post office to buy a money-order and send it to the City of Montreal, and they will balance their book with this. I can NOT send the Bank Notes (cash) to them, they won�t ACCEPT it, I wonder WHY ?

2). I can DISCHARGE this debt for PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, because the truth is that this bill of exchange has been commenced by the City of Montreal for PIERRE DAOUST, because they ASSUME that PIERRE DAOUST is too ignorant to do it, so they commenced it��they are the BENEFICIARY party to this bill of exchange, and PIERRE DAOUST is the DRAWER party to this bill of exchange.

Now, we are missing one party, because a bill of exchange has 3 parties, the BENEFICIARY, the DRAWER and the DRAWEE.

WHO is the drawee for this bill of exchange ?.....I need to find where is the SURETY of this PERSON named PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, and when I�ll find that, I will be able to KNOW who is the drawee.

Drawee: The party on which an order for the payment of money is drawn. Drawer: One that draws, especially one that draws an order for the payment of money.

I will NOT explaine this one in details, but I have very good reasons to believe that the drawee has to be The Bank of Canada, because the SURETY for PIERRE DAOUST is definitely the Government, since they have created PIERRE DAOUST, and on the CERTIFICATE that prove it creation, the signature is the government signature, so therefor, the SURETY, and since the Bank of Canada is the government�s bank, I am sure that the ORIGINAL certificate of PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, is sitting in their building. So the DRAWEE is the Bank of Canada.

So, as one of the BEST sole authorized administrator in town, Here is HOW I do it.

I turn this Bill of Exchange on the Private side (Back), and I take out my STAMPS

The first stamp says:

ACCEPTED BY:______________ (I sign there)

The 2nd stamps say: DATE

The third says: ACCOUNT NO. 26X-XXX-XXX or 119XXXXXXXXXXX

And the fourth says: Bill of Exchange ACT (1985)

I have good reasons to believe that this COMPLETE that bill of exchange and discharge the debt.

I include a small one page letter with it giving EXPLAINATION on what I�m doing.

I send the Bill of exchange COMPLETE to the bank of Canada registered mail, and one copy to the benefiary, in this case, City of Montreal, to make sure they KNOW I have done my duty

I like this in principle; all seems to follow a legal procedure regarding surety if the surety is the government. Surety:An individual who undertakes an obligation to pay a sum of money or to perform some duty or promise for another in the event that person fails to act. Are you saying the gov't is said individual as outlined in the definition then?

well done Pete, that sounds quite comprehensive but i cant help thinking they created it for you? you benefit in service within their jurisdiction? maybe i'm overly cautious but i dont want anything from them because it opens a door to their interference in my affairs? i will look further into it & check Adams reference BUT it seems like if your using their system, the account is active... terms & conditions apply :/ ... maybe i'm wrong?

And it is written about that a commonlaw exists that if you make the claim there is no god the burden of proof is on you for your claim as the law recognizes god as a self evident truth or so it has been said within the servant king info and the supremacy of god clause within most countries constitutions.
